We strive to deliver your order as quickly and accurately as possible. Below you will find all information about our shipping and delivery policy.

1. Processing time (dispatch) Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking code by email.

2. Delivery time After processing, the average shipping time is 1 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery may be delayed during busy periods, public holidays or due to customs procedures.

3. Shipping method and origin To reduce waste and minimise COâ‚‚ emissions, we ship directly from our supplier in China. Depending on the destination country, customs fees may apply. Our shipping partners are: Canada Post, DHL, YunExpress and CJPacket.

4. Shipping costs Shipping costs are displayed at checkout and depend on the weight, destination and chosen shipping method.

5. Tracking — customer responsibility

  • The customer is responsible for monitoring the tracking code via our website and the link provided by email.
  • The customer tracks whether the package is delivered at home or to a pickup point, and collects it there if necessary.
  • If delivery takes longer than expected or something seems wrong, always send an email to info@annesophietoronto.com first, rather than initiating a chargeback or refund directly.

6. Shipping responsibility

  • If tracking information confirms that the package has been delivered, responsibility lies with the customer.
  • Please check your address carefully; errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order via info@annesophietoronto.com.
